my 18th time....

yesterday just sucked out my dirty blood for my 18th times, during a blood donation campaign held at the hills shopping mall, kuching.

the event start at 930am, so i was planing to wake a bit earlier to get a better number, who knw, i reach thr at 930am, the queue was like hell long n i oly manage to gt number 72.. damn it....

waited bout 2hour, finally done with it...

below r the scene thr...

this is wat i gt from giving out my dirty blood....

a) 1kg vita brown rice
b) 1kg happy rose white rice
c) 500g margarine
d) 1 liter orange juice
e) 1 pack rice cracker
f) 1 can 325ml ice lemon tea
g) 2 small pack indocafe cappucino
h) 5 small pack indocafe coffeemix 3 in 1
i) 2 small pack indocafe white coffee
j) 1 singapore chicken rice kupon worth rm5.00
k) 1 indocafe coffee cup
l) 1 indocare reuseable shopping beg.

bt ho.. compare all, i prefer my 16th time, odo tat tym gt 0 thing.. hahahha... those who had seen my video post lastym sure knw y...

my 17th time....

sleep a bit late last nite (actualy is a lot late), bout 5.20am just kun... 10am wake n go bulevard for blood donation....

waiting..... waiting... n keep waiting...

after waited fr 2hour plus, finally is my turn, gt it done bout 5-6minute....

as in the 2nd pic, a 1st time donor, may be too excited, she dint boder to folo advice frm the MA to rest n hav a drink 1st, after donate, she syok syok like bo su go help her sis/fren (nt sure) take video, half way, she fun tet... XDDD

had did this for 16th time (including tis tym), total bout 4years plus, and honorsly, she is the MOST LENG LOI de HO in sgh blood bank lol ^^

just nw did mention tiok, bt i cnt recall wat her name is liaw, weak brain of mine.. duh...

2day is her 1st day in blood bank, haha, should i say... "LUCKY ME"??? muahahaha...

and my vein seem gv face lol, cos usualy took a few needling to gt my blood out, bt she done it in her 1st shoot.... in 1.49 i was nt to say that to scared her oh, was talking to another MO (or senior MA, i nt sure tat) there, hahaha....

PS: 0.50 i m nt so cham til dnt knw wat "numbness" mean and need translation oh.... is i dnt pay attention wat tat MO (or senior MA, i nt sure tat) ask, just busy look at her n wonder she is more nervous thn me... hahahaha

11july, had being to donating my dirty blood again, had reach the vanue, 2.5mile maybank at 1030am and gt my number, 106. waited around 2hour n 10minute to reach my turn to give blood, however, when look at those MO, MA, and organiser who work in n out till dnt even boder about their lunch n rest, i felt my tym of waiting seem uncamparable to their hard work... as we move to the same aim, try to help those who need as far as we could ^^

BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN NOTICE

FCY will be organising a Blood Donation Campaign on the following date, time and venue. Please come to support.

9.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.

dear fren, it would be grad to have to to join in the event, if u wish to, plz make sure tat u are:

a) 1st and most important, have the will to donate, n nt being force to...
b) >45kg,
c) slp >5hours b4 donating blood, (believe me, this is important as i experience it b4, normally i took 3-4minute to give out a pint of blood, bt lastym when i go wit no slp bt just short nap, blood flow affected and i took bout 25minute to gt the 1 pin done....)
d) being healthy and DID NOT took any medication within 3day b4 donating.
e) for gal, if pregnant, or 1week b4 n after ur period, do not donate as u might be weak.
f) no medical history like hepetitis and so on.
g) no HIV (shouldnt hav la ho?? ahhaaaha)

last sunday, the 5th july 2009... a day which i had waited so longggggg...............

around 1030am, a group of us consist of teoh, yok, elise, ting n i myself had went to blvd, kuching to attend a blood donation campaign held by "lian xin" group....

due to sum unavoidable reason, only me n teoh is able to gv blood...

teoh in action... donating for his 3rd tym.....

after i had done wit mine, meet suk ling pulak there.... actually i tot she wouldnt cum as she seem so scared whn i ask her to join a week b4 the event....

suk ling, donating for the 1st time.... brave oh u... gd gal gd gal... hahhaha ;p

til then, the next tym will be around octorber for me... wish more n more fren can n willing to join me in this... just try see wat we can help ppl for ma... hahahha....

2day..... hapy day!!!!

hohohhohho..... 31 march 2009... so long i been waiting for this day to cum, a day for me to enter sarawak general hospital again.....

doing wat in there??? hehe, actualy i just drop by there to let them "suck" out few drop of my "dirty n fat-full" blood....

ohohoho.... 3more month to go until the next 1, cnt wait to do it again... frens! do join me nxt time ya.... is gd for u n it help other bah.. hohoho.... if u wan, just let me knw anytime, i may help u check the time n place tat bloodbank had their function, even just a pin, it mean a chance of life to those who in need.....
