15th NVECC (4-6june 2010) had cum to an end yesterday..

for committees, if i did any rough to u durig camp o training camp, soly many many ya ^^

for participants, i wonder if u guy hate me for asking u all wake so early, cos i myself realy sienz if ppl woke me up while i syok syok kun lol... hahaha... and paisei tat i owes cut short u guy de resting tym around 15-20minute compare to wat the schedule provide u.... and soly if i did raise my voice to u all...

for bday de pax, u guy are gd, u did nting wrong, bt, bside hapy celebrating ur bday, 1 thing u must nt 4gt, SAY THANK U TO UR MOM, u can never imagine how much pain and sacrifices had she undergo in order to get u the "passport" to this wonderful world...

matang 7th try....

just when to matang for my 7th walk hill at 2pm juat nw.... i tot tat the haze condition will nt giv much effect to me, however, it prove tat i m totally wrong...

this walk took me around 1hour 43minute, which is about 35minute later the the normal time taken when ii nt carring any weight... shit.......

when reach the 1600-1800 feet, i oledy felt hard breath, damn haze so smeely.....

my 6th matang attempt...

heading to matang, kubah national park fr my 6th try on 19th july 2009, to train and try to bit potery record as i mention earlier in the pervious post...

folowiing ameagor car, we go in a group of 4, me, ameagor, miyuki, and liang.....

all of them show improvement in taking lessen time to reach the summit bside me.....

over alll... liang did the best job, she manage to gt the job done in 1hour 45minute and 40s, which is about 30 minute faster then her pervious attempt.

miyuki, done in 1hour 50minute 30s, about 9 minute improvement....

ameagor, did it in 1hour 27minute 22s, about 4minute faster then last time.....

me, my self..... go without weight... only 1 word to describe...


FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my 5th walk in kubah national park...

yesterday, 20june 2009, had go to matang, kubah national park fr my 5th walk, together with miyuki, huiling and mag, it is my 1st tym to walk matang hill with them...



the main purpose today is to gt bek sum little training so as i may hav the chance to break potery time in take down this hill, fr this, potery took about 70minute for the walk to summit including resting tym, i had tried, bt fail, i only manage to hit 69minute to the summit bt with non-stop walking... mean... I FAIL.....

to beat the time in "clear", i set fr my self a limit of 50 minute, and gt it b4 my 22 year old bday..thus, training realy needed.....

had meet miyuki and the gang on 750am and start the drive frm huising to matang... bit slow drive as follow at the bek of a lory...



the walk start nearly 9am, with carrying 8.75kg weight plate, i just manage to gt it done in 105minute 52second... i am realy realy weak..... damn.....

next to reach is miyuki, as she had nt being walk matang hill since the last tym 5 year ago, bt still manage to gt it in 119minute... bravo.....

after tat will be huiling and mag, took 141 minute, gd job......



i will train more.......... hopefully......

trip to kk.... 13-17 may 2009

since i am so lazy to type out in word to describe all the thing happen during and b4 this trip, hence i would just post is in a simple video clip as blow, other detail plz refer to eloise's blog.... hehe...

32bong mount, my 1st attempt.....

26 april 2009, it should be originally a sweet sunday, however dnt knw which stupid guy cum out wit the idea to go had an attempt on 32bong mount, (i guess the stupid guy will me me lol... haizzz....)

may be too ecited on the attempt, i could hardly have a gd nite slp at the nite b4, end up slp at nearly 2.30am n wake at 4.30am.... hahahah.... and catch my brk 1st after tat....

ameagor drive, 5 of us, fat boy, ameagor, elisa, hui heng n hui liang reach the 32bong mount's starting point on 8.30am...

the hike officially start at 8.40am.... this trek take us as a 1st-timer about 8hours 9minute and 53.8second to finish the hike and return to the starting point, as being told by the receptionist, average time to hike is about 6hours, so u may compare and see hw snail we are... hahahahha.... guess fat boy need more exercise to inprove fitness level.... ermmmmmm.......

recetionist told us to "folo the red mark", so we let the "red mark" walk infront... hahahah

conclusion, a quiet challenging trail compare to matang and singai... the 8hours time hit is nt so satisfactory, so may try inprove fitness and be more ready in the next attempt, to shoot a beter time....

19 april 2009, another enjoyable day in matang, or called kubah national part in specific..

sunday, great weather, having my 4th matang walk as the preparation for the cuming mount kk hike, infact nt to realy train by this way, just hope this kind of attempt may pre-set my mind, to nt to worry much in the kk 1... plus, to enjoy walk n gather wit fren lol... hohoho....

Hohoho... after solving the 3x3x3 rubic cube the other day wtih aid from the youtube tutorial... 2day i gt the other "1st in my life".... a 4x4x4 rubic cube...It cost me Rm11.80, from 100% store located in Jalan ang cheng ho, so far it is the only place where i saw a 4x4x4 rubic cube....

I then downloaded the tutorial again from youtube for this 4x4x4x cube, eventually it took me about 2 and a half hour to understant wat it is about, od i had oledy manage to do the 3x3x3 cube without reference from the note i make, however this 4x4x4 is nt as easy, it had more yet longer formula to be understand and apply based on different situaltion.


Again, i had took the video of my 1st success.... with the long long song as background again as i nt sure hw much time m i needed to solve it for my 1st time.... hehe....

Ameagor... this is all ur fault!!!

Ameagor Thenny, this is all ur fault la... hw good if u dnt go n buy the rubic cube on last saturday nite, how good if i dnt see the solution for the rubic cube at ur house on sunday, hw good if u dint mention about the rubic cube when chat tru msn just awhile ago... THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!! hahahahha.....

After talk bout it just nw with ameogor, about 11.00pm, i suduntly felt like my interest in trying out the rubic cube had being burn up, cnt stop, i decided to when to the 7-11 store located at 3rd mile kuching-serian road to gt 1 of it to try....

Reach the 7-11 by 11.04pm and brought the 1st rubic cube in my life on 11.05pm... hhohohoho....
NOTE: i do try it b4 (fail ofcos), bt tat time it is belong to my brother, so this is counted the 1st of mine lol... this 1 cos me RM3.90. as u can guess wat the quality for it to be lol... hahaha...

After gt home and ready up myself.... i gt the website frm ameagor about the tutorial from youtube in hw to solve this cube....

It took me about 3hour to understant the tutorial given.... as the result..... i try it out and recorded my 1st success... i do try not to refer bek the note i had make from the tutorial, hwever, i cant manage to memorise some of the formula yet, so.... u knw lol, curi curi refer bek.... Those are note that i make by seeing the youtube video.... (i knw i knw, the handwriting like shitttt)
