er.... mei term de holiday will officialy end 2day.... 2mr, 3oct 2009, saturday will be my 1st day of sept sem, had it, gt to do assgment, lab, test and exam again..... shit shit shit.......

courses to be shoot dwn this sem:

SBSP 2503: sport & sociaty,
SBSP 4103: instrumentation & sport evaluation,
SBSP 4203: disability sport & physical activity,
BDBB 4103: introductory human resource development.

plus 2more lab test which beiing mis out on sept sem 2008, bt still depend on the availability:

SBSP 1303: human physiology,
SBSP 2303: sport injury.

beside, nw is oso the tym for me to do sum info gather, and planning for next year kk mount walk lu... hahahhaa.... gambateh...... b4 tat, lasy awhile more 1st la... hohoohoh... gd day ev1....

just nw a fren in facebook had a status post as so:

什么是幸福? 幸福就是猫追老鼠, 狗追骨头, 噢特曼打小怪兽...

after seeing it, i felt like giving some comment, hence wrote:(my idea, nt copy frm else where de oh.. haha)

當人們都認為猫追老鼠, 狗追骨头, 噢特曼打小怪兽, 便是所謂的幸福之際, 是否有人愿意站在老鼠的立場, 想想老鼠的感受... 或許老鼠給人們的印象就是那么的 "骯臟, 厭惡, 破壞, 該死..." 但他們又何嘗不是為了養家活兒, 溫飽度日而奔波??? 倘若要以它們如此的遭遇為幸福, 那么, 它們的犧牲是偉大的...

以我之見, 大家何不換個角度想想, 幸福又何必建立以如此的個人, 如此的現實, 如此的物質, 且于他人的不幸上呢???...

幸福可以是有幸經歷過去, 而又能享有當下, 并展望未來...
幸福可以是平安康寧, 安然度日...
幸福可以是具親友關愛, 而又不失個人空間...
更重要的, 幸福還可以是擁有協助他人的能力, 將所謂的幸福, 與更多更多的人分享.....

三天前, 八月十四日, 即一年一度的"綠色情人節" (Green Day).

名為"綠色情人節", 可想而知與蓊郁的森林脫不了關系. 在這天, 不妨和情人作一趟涼爽而清新的森林之旅, 盡情享受戶外大自然, 度過健康而愉悅的一天.

至于還在尋覽愛情的人, 可以參加 Soju (韓國綠牌薯酒) 派對, 度過喧鬧的室內綠色情人節...

hi fren, especially ex and current penrissenian, i need u guy de oppinion on the below issue....

for the few "dog" in the pic and video blow, they are teaching in smk penrissen no.1.... after all those thing they had done it the school compound (as u can see in the pic later on), and the principal of the school know about it, bt NOT take a single action on the issue, i would here by had the idea to refer this case direct to the state and national education department by sending them a cd copy of the 1 blow.... do u agree???? any oppinion are welcum, plz state it on the comment section....

matang 7th try....

just when to matang for my 7th walk hill at 2pm juat nw.... i tot tat the haze condition will nt giv much effect to me, however, it prove tat i m totally wrong...

this walk took me around 1hour 43minute, which is about 35minute later the the normal time taken when ii nt carring any weight... shit.......

when reach the 1600-1800 feet, i oledy felt hard breath, damn haze so smeely.....
