14 ogos, 綠色情人節 (Green Day)

三天前, 八月十四日, 即一年一度的"綠色情人節" (Green Day).

名為"綠色情人節", 可想而知與蓊郁的森林脫不了關系. 在這天, 不妨和情人作一趟涼爽而清新的森林之旅, 盡情享受戶外大自然, 度過健康而愉悅的一天.

至于還在尋覽愛情的人, 可以參加 Soju (韓國綠牌薯酒) 派對, 度過喧鬧的室內綠色情人節...

hi fren, especially ex and current penrissenian, i need u guy de oppinion on the below issue....

for the few "dog" in the pic and video blow, they are teaching in smk penrissen no.1.... after all those thing they had done it the school compound (as u can see in the pic later on), and the principal of the school know about it, bt NOT take a single action on the issue, i would here by had the idea to refer this case direct to the state and national education department by sending them a cd copy of the 1 blow.... do u agree???? any oppinion are welcum, plz state it on the comment section....

matang 7th try....

just when to matang for my 7th walk hill at 2pm juat nw.... i tot tat the haze condition will nt giv much effect to me, however, it prove tat i m totally wrong...

this walk took me around 1hour 43minute, which is about 35minute later the the normal time taken when ii nt carring any weight... shit.......

when reach the 1600-1800 feet, i oledy felt hard breath, damn haze so smeely.....

interesting news frm sinchew daily.....

2day, 26 july 2009, a very very very interesting news shjown in sinchew daily had attract my attention when i on my way scan tru the newsppr.....

the news say tat Arab had organized a BEAUTY CONTEST.....

but wat had shock me more is tat... the BEAUTY CONTEST is organized for the participant which all of the are the "black pearl" (黑珍珠)..


the moral behind the news is....

"belif it, and blif in urself when catching ur dream, in this lovely world, nothing is imposible...."

my 6th matang attempt...

heading to matang, kubah national park fr my 6th try on 19th july 2009, to train and try to bit potery record as i mention earlier in the pervious post...

folowiing ameagor car, we go in a group of 4, me, ameagor, miyuki, and liang.....

all of them show improvement in taking lessen time to reach the summit bside me.....

over alll... liang did the best job, she manage to gt the job done in 1hour 45minute and 40s, which is about 30 minute faster then her pervious attempt.

miyuki, done in 1hour 50minute 30s, about 9 minute improvement....

ameagor, did it in 1hour 27minute 22s, about 4minute faster then last time.....

me, my self..... go without weight... only 1 word to describe...

銀色情人節 (Silver Day)

今天, 七月十四日, 又到了一年一度的銀色情人節 (Silver Day), 是把你的意中人帶回家給你的父母認識, 或介紹給其他你所敬重的長輩認識的日子.

當然, 這一天里的所有開銷, 將全數由這些可敬又可愛的長者支付, (一點非常重要的是你必須事先確定長輩們對這個節日有相當的認識....).

銀色情人節 (Silver Day) 也是愛侶互贈銀飾禮品的日子....

wish all parent enjoy entertained by his/her child bring bek de partner.... n all youngster enjoy entertaining their parent n elderly by reward of free expenses...

last sunday, the 5th july 2009... a day which i had waited so longggggg...............

around 1030am, a group of us consist of teoh, yok, elise, ting n i myself had went to blvd, kuching to attend a blood donation campaign held by "lian xin" group....

due to sum unavoidable reason, only me n teoh is able to gv blood...

teoh in action... donating for his 3rd tym.....

after i had done wit mine, meet suk ling pulak there.... actually i tot she wouldnt cum as she seem so scared whn i ask her to join a week b4 the event....

suk ling, donating for the 1st time.... brave oh u... gd gal gd gal... hahhaha ;p

til then, the next tym will be around octorber for me... wish more n more fren can n willing to join me in this... just try see wat we can help ppl for ma... hahahha....
