Library.... a term that i m sure all of us had heard of, in simple, is a place where u can gt newsppr, interesting book, journal and recent magazine and comic for FREE....

But, how many of us can realy ans the question: "which department is the library under???"

Is it "educational department"?? or is it "urban development department"???

the answer is..... dang dang dang dang..... it is under the "environmental and health department"... i wonder y... can sum1 tel me plzzzzzz.......
