1st of june.....


1st of june... gues is time for me to change a bit the routine again... will be adding in an additional of 30-45min of walk/jog everyday, mostly in the mrng... (my mrng here refer to the tym i wake la.. ahhaha)

so for this month it would look sumting like this"

a) every "mrng": walk/jog 30-45min
b) mon, wed, fri, sun (light day) : walk/jog > 1hour a day
c) tue, thur, sat ("medium" day): walk/jog 30-45min + playing sum weight exercise...


and current value are:
a) current weight: 79kg
b) current approx fat: 24.2%


thinking of see price/fee of gym so can go to do sum leg's weight play.. lol
