1st & 2nd phase of my "BE FIT" journey...

This "event' is actually happen during the end of 2007, however that tym i stil dnt realy knw wat the "blog" thing is, so.... nw baru i write and publish it lol.. hoho.... just to share of....

During the YOUNG time, this fat fellow do only care about taking fried, oily delicious food rather than focusing on his health, his size and moreover, he dnt even knw wat the crap is ppl talking about "IMAGE".... all important is => killing the food.

However, all this "childish" perception change when he 1st reaching his heaviest weight which approx 94.6kg in his 19th. For this great achievement, he had being presented an honorary award of 150 in his blood pressure test. for a 19th year old "boy", this knock his head hardly to make sum changes in his life style...

Also a heartiest thank and great appreciation toward Amway Miri IBO center's emerald producer ms. Sim Boon Siew (hope i dnt spell her name wrongly), and mr. Kenny Voon, who share their success in achieving a better shape. This do inspired and motivate me to try and work harder toward the final goal..... to be FIT, bt NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!! and nt to 4gt all my beloved frens see me through this journey....

Right b4 i kick start my session, i 1stly prepare my self with an digital weighing scale conpete with body fat and hydration monitor to ensure more accurate reading.

Then i change my laptop wallpaper to the 1 shown......and paste the printed pic which i grab frm internet on my cupboard, to remind me owes to take note n think twice on wat m i doing....(eating)...

The 1st phase of my journey started on the 5th December 2007, with the weight of 94.3kg, and waist measurement of 110cm... as being shown in the pic below.... (soryyy to hurt ur eye seeing tis... hahahaha)

During the 1st month, i restrict my calories intake by planing my own daily meal with the conbination of these item, they provide me with sufficient energy, essential vitamin and mineral to cover my daily expend.

The exercise part for the 1st month, i take 20min on the "fit & fold strider" as the warm up session, then continue with 40min-60min jog+walk session on the "kp-470H motorized treadmill", and end with another 10min on the strider. the routine take place at least 5day a week and at most, 7days a week.. i tot to do more bt so unfortunately there is only 7days in a week... hohoho... ;p
The mirror in front function as an aid so i knw actualy which part of body i m targeting at the moment.. TV and radio help me a lot in going tru the boring static jog/walk session... hohoho....

This is my look after 20days, on the chrismas eve with fren travilion. nt much diff by eye, bt on scale, i tro kg and make it 89kg at tat time.

In the few month followed, i do add in rice and some egg in my meal. i added some more "toy" for weight and resistance training, and make a slight change in my routine which nw cover both cardio and resistance training. they are:






Dumbbell with adjustable weight.



known as easy-bar, or zig-zag bar, the weight is adjustable. is 1 of the great affortable toy.



i m nt sure of its name, sumthing like 34" triceps bar.





Ab King Pro, ori look like in left pic, bt i dnt like the thing hang around so take it off, becum a simple bench as in the right pic, which can be use 4 ab crunch, barbell press, etc.






not to 4gt the HealthStream mini home gym set that work for chess, bicep, tricep, leg, bra bra bra......








Time fly... a few month past, in the end of march 2008, i had done with my 1st phase of the journey, it took me approx 4month and nw, as in the pic, i m 73kg, with waist measurement of 92cm.

can this be counted as a success???

the 1st phase is nw officially ended, continue with the 2nd pahse which is mainly a "maintaining" phase, which restriction to food intake is loosen and exercise intensity is lower. this go on for about 11month until i started my 3rd phase on the march 2009. Within the 2nd phase, i manage to not gaining bek my weight bt further cut it down to 69kg on the end of feb 2009. hehe.... thank for spend ur precious time reading my junk lol..... lif comment if u dnt mind.. hehe, thank cute thank cute......
